SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Parcels will be distributed by SF Express by air from Taiwan.
－Orders received with credit authorization cleared today will be processed on the following business day
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within Taiwan and your country.
－To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.
－To protect the rights of both parties, the entire process of our product packaging is filmed. If you have any problems with product quantities, qualities, etc, we expect you to provide the filming of your whole unboxing process from the unopened package, unpacking process, and the condition of the product inside, within 3 days of receiving the package, for return and refund that will based on both videos provided by each party.
Any refund request made without complete unboxing video and provided in more than 3 days, will not be accepted.

We offer free delivery on orders over HK$399.
● Order status tracking:
Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive a Order Notification mail (Order number) from us.
To check the status of your order:
－Check the Order Notification Mail
－Click Track Order on our home page. Then enter your order number and verification code to check the status.
－Contact us and provide your ‘name and phone number’ to our facebook official fan page.
● Edit or cancel the order:
Please understand that we do not provide editing or canceling the orders. Please double check your address, receiver, phone numbers and all the details.
If you found out any mistake in your order, please contact us directly in case you don’t receive your parcel to your expectation.
※Please note that if the address, recipient or phone are written wrong, and result in delivery fee or fail delivery, it's customer's responsibility to pay.
BHK’s reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who cancels order for no reason.

SALES & REFUNDS
All the goods are delivered from Taiwan directly. Due to the complexity of work, please note that we do not provide refund service. Please make sure the accuracy of your order.
If the parcel is squeezed a bit on the way to you, but the goods are fine inside, please excuse us do not accept exchange or return.

● Notes of return:
－If you insist processing returns and refunds, please contact our customer service! Sending the goods back and the fee occurred is your responsibility. Once we receive returned goods and checked it’s still complete without being opened or used, we will start to arrange refund for you.
－Please note that once the goods are returned to us but it’s opened or broken, we cannot process refund. And we are not responsible to send the goods back to you.
If you want refund due to personal reason, e.g. ordering wrong items or numbers, please contact our customer service.
－For orders haven’t been shipped: we only refund you the balance, which has been deducted for the handling fee (5%) of the order.
－For orders have been shipped: we only refund you the balance, which has been deducted for the handling fee of credit card, shipment and customs, etc. (This policy also applies if the shipment is refused and returned owing to the logistic cannot contact the receiver’s wrong phone number).
● Notes of refund:
To avoid violation of your right, we only refund to you. We won’t refund to the third party. Please note this.
If you want refund due to personal reason, BHK’s holds the right to cancel your order or to refuse your future order right.
(!) Friendly reminder:
We suggest that health foods should be consumed as fast as possible. Spliting the original packing is also not encouraged. If the product is damped, it’s not suitable to eat it.
