Points Usage Policy
1. Pointscan be redeemed for selected items on the Points Redemption Page. Redeemedvouchers are valid for 14 days.
2. Allpromotions can be used together; however, points redemption is capped at 30%of the order total per order.
3. Pointswill be automatically credited to your member account after systemconfirmation.
4. Pointsused cannot be refunded. If an order is returned or cancelled, thecorresponding points will be automatically returned to the account.
5. Pointsare non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, merged, ortransferred to other accounts.
6. Pointswill expire automatically on June 30 of the following yearafter being earned and will not be extended or reissued.
(Example: Points earned in 2025 will expire on June 30, 2026.)
Membership Tier Explanation
Diamond Member Upgrade Requirement
As accumulated spending resets after each upgrade:
· A Superior Member who spends HKD1,800 within one year will be upgraded to Platinum Member.
· After upgrading to Platinum, an additional HKD5,000 spending is required to reach Diamond Member.
Direct Upgrade from Superior to Diamond
· A Superior Member who makes a singlepurchase of HKD 5,000 will be upgraded directly to DiamondMember.
Membership FAQ
Q: When will my accumulated spending be calculated after placing anorder?
A: Once the order is completed, the system will automatically confirm andarchive it. If the upgrade threshold is met, your membership will be upgradedautomatically, and an email notification will be sent.
Q: How do I receive the welcome gift, and how long is it valid?
A: After registration, members will receive HKD 20 shopping credit,which can be viewed underMember > Store Credits. The creditis valid for 90 days and will not be reissued afterexpiration.
Q: Do I have to upgrade membership tier level by level?
A: Membership tiers are based on accumulated spending within a specifiedperiod. After becoming a Superior Member, you may upgradedirectly to Diamond Member if your spending meets the requiredthreshold—no need to upgrade to Platinum first.
Q: How do I use shopping credits and discount codes?
A: Shopping credits and discount codes can be applied at checkout with nominimum spend. The maximum discount per order is 30% of the order total.
Q: Do existing members need to re-register? Will previous credits beaffected?
A: Existing members will be automatically upgraded to the new membership systemwhen it launches on
January 1, 2026 (Thursday). Existing shopping credits willremain valid according to their original expiration dates and will not beaffected by the new system.
